Child's Hearse
To enable bereaved parents to travel with their loved one to the place of committal
About this service and why I only require a set donation to charity for its use
Our hearses for children have the same unique feature as our hearses for babies & infants, which is that the bereaved parents can travel with their loved one to the place of committal.
The coffin rests on a specially constructed black sparkle-effect deck, with one parent sitting next to their loved one and the other parent sitting in front of them. Floral arrangements can be placed either on the coffin and/or behind the rear seat, together with photographs & personal items if required. Dark tinted rear windows at the rear give the privacy needed for the occasion and there is a choice of either a white or a black Range Rover hearse.
This service was designed to ensure that the bereaved parents can be with their loved one on his or her final journey, and by doing this the experience will leave a dignified, positive and lasting memory for them.
I deem it an honour and a privilege to convey a child to their final resting place on behalf of the parents, and for that reason I cannot accept payment in return for this service. Instead I ask that a set charitable donation is made in the loved one's memory to Torbay Bikers for Kids (Registered Charity No: 1200973) who raise funds to purchase essential items that will help improve the lives and/or education of children who are disabled or severely ill, living in Torbay and the surrounding area. To date, 240+ children have been helped from donations.
