The crest that is on the rear passenger doors of our black Range Rover hearse unit during military themed funerals is the Tri-Service crest of the British Armed Forces which incorporates the Royal Navy, the British Army and the Royal Air Force. The Ministry of Defence allows the crest to be used without specific permission for appropriate reasons. The crests we use are magnetic backed. Together with the Union flag draped over the coffin when it rests on the bier, these features add to the tribute for the deceased veteran.
